A confirmation text will be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment, please reply with a 'Yes or No'. If it comes to the day of your appointment and you have not confirmed, you appointment will be cancelled.

Please arrive no earlier then 10 mins to your appointment.

All appointments are to be booked prior to your desired date.

If paying with cash please bring correct amount.

By booking and paying for my services you understand to inform me of any previous allergic reactions to extensions and if not are aware of the risks involved (allergic reactions etc.)

If you want to book on a public holiday a surcharge of 5% is require.

To book an appointment, look in my availability highlight and choose your desired date and time. If you have a specific time in mind and it’s not there, please send me a message and I can assist you further or place you on a waiting list for that time.

Send which service you would like done eg. classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and any extras you may want.

Choose from the chart which lash style you would like eg. cat eye, doll eye, natural eye, open eye.

After I receive your message we will confirm an appointment time together and you will need to send a $20 deposit to secure you appointment through pay ID

You can also message me if you have any questions regarding lash extensions before committing to your booking.

I also offer patch tests 24 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to do so, please contact me if this is the case

Lash services can take anywhere between 1-3 hours, so please plan accordingly. Eyelash extensions are a luxury service that take time and will not be rushed

Each eye must have 40% of lash extensions to be classified as a refill, if you have under 40% a full set will be charged or your appointment may be rescheduled.

Arrival upon appointment with makeup on or around eye area will be charged a $10 lash bath fee

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you find you may be late please let me know but if you are 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $10.

Please don't bring any guests to your appointment unless otherwise discussed

Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment

If you are waiting for a Covid test or have been in contact with a Covid case please let me know immediately

Use the bathroom before arriving at your appointment, as your eyes must stay closed for the entire service

Cancelations and rescheduling of appointments must be notified BEFORE 48 hours, if you cancel after 48 hours you will be charged at 50% of your service. If this is not paid then you will not be rescheduled in the future until paid.

If you would like to reschedule within the 48 hours of the appointment, a new $20 deposit is required as this is now considered as a new booking

If you do not show up to your appointment and have not communicated with me, you will be charged at 75% of your service.

Thid is my small business and any last minute cancellations are a loss of income. Thank you for your understanding.

The standard refill is done every 2-3 weeks.

This service can take between 1-2.5 hours. This device involves cleaning, refilling and maintenance of the lashes, such as removing of the outgrown lashes.

If you arrive to a refill with less than 40% of your lashes remaining you will be charged a full set rather than a standard refill.

All sets over 4 weeks are considered as a full set.

I do not refill other lash techs work.

MINI FILLS

A ‘Mini’ Fill is a 1 week refill service.

This is used as a small touch up not a proper refill.

This service will involve cleaning and refilling the lashes lost

I do not offer any refunds for any of my services. Any issues or concerns with your lashes need to be discussed within 48 hours after you appointment and we can arrange a complimentary appointment at no further costs if necessary.

Please note that reactions/irritations may occur to anyone at no fault of the lash tech or products used

If this happens, please go see a medical professional as soon as possible and contact us immediately so we can arrange a time to remove your extensions.

Lux lashes requires a $20 deposit to secure your booking time slot. If this payment is not made and confirmed your booking is voided

Pay ID, bank transfers and cash payments are accepted. A receipt is required when paying through pay ID and band transfers.
